Linda "LC" Crosby
The gates of heaven swung open to welcome its newest angel. Linda was born on February 18th in Erie, PA to the late James and Maureen Crosby. Linda passed away from a cardiac event at St. Vincent’s Hospital on January 15, 2023. Left to cherish her memory: Linda’s siblings Julie Papson, Dawn (Dan) Stearns, Rob (Steph) Crosby, and her dog Zeus along with her Aunt Kathy Steiner, Aunt Joan and Uncle Andy Andrews, nephews, nieces, cousins and many, many friends. Linda “LC” was known for her bigger than life presence in a room, her generosity, love of animals and bad singing voice. Linda opened her home to foster Weimaraner dogs of all ages. She will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 2pm-6pm with a service immediately following at 6pm led by Rev. Kristen Papson, all at the Mattera Funeral Home, 188 East State Street, Albion. Burial will be private by the family. Linda and I go way way back, when she got out of high school… She played on my girls softball team.. Dr. Feelgoods lounge.. she was so much fun and talented.. I will never forget her wit and charm..
