Passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2021, from injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident. Jacob is survived by his Parents Ricky and Sherry (Perry) Serrano of Albion, Fiancée Emily Bird and his two Son’s Owen and Connor Serrano of Albion, A Brother Nicholas Serrano, Grandparents Teofilo and Eva Serrano of Albion. And many Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents Dick and Ruby Perry. And Best Friend Timothy Harpst. Jacob was born March 29, 1989, in Erie, Pa to his loving parents Ricky and Sherry Serrano of Albion, PA. He was a Northwestern High School Graduate Class of 2007. After High School Jacob went on to Masonry School in Maryland, where he went on to join the Union, one of his most prized jobs was working on a crew to remodel the Allegheny College. Jacob was a devoted loving Father to his two beautiful young sons Owen Jacob and Connor Evan. Jacob was well known for his charismatic smile and overall loving nature. He was known to say his stars finally aligned on August 15, 2012, when he met his forever Love Emily. Jacob was an avid fishmen and enjoyed family outings on his dad’s boat they were his most favor times spent. Family and Friends may join us in a Celebration of Life Service on August 21st, 2021, at 1:00p.m. Raccoon Beach with a Luncheon to follow. Burial will be private.
